Online Marketing
I am curious if any other SM dealers have been told the same thing. My MD told me unequivocally when I became a dealer that any online marketing or ability to purchase online, even by my B&M customers for convenience, was not permissible. I was told only SM was able to offer ability to purchase online.
I was told I could place (and was approved for what I did) online information about SM and the service. You can see what I was approved to do here: http://simplymobile.ivycellular.com
I was told that all information had to direct customer to my B&M store only. I could not in any way accept or show links or ability for customers to make payment or purchase online.
Were any of you other dealers with an online presence told the same thing? Were any of you other SM dealers required to obtain permission to note anything other than the SM authorized dealer logo before putting up an online page/site?
Thanks,
Mark
